As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating property leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and closing property sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to buyers and investors, helping them make informed property decisions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

🏘️ Property Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries for residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property presentations and onsite site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements (budget, location, purpose) and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms between buyers and sellers.
  • Close property deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

📞 Customer Engagement & Follow-ups

  • Make regular follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales updates.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth deal closure.
  • Assist clients with booking process, agreements, and handover coordination.
